Suppliers and business partners

We o nly select companies that meet or exceed our high standards and comply with our policies and procedures of the company by signing of a written commitment . We will assist suppliers to meet our expectations , but if the supplier does not meet our expectations , we will unequivocally terminate the business relationship . In addition, both parties also need to respect trade secrets and intellectual property rights of each other.

Company's employees need to avoid the company's factually arison responsibility or obligation, or potential conflict of interest in acting, business decisions, or other outdoor activities, also need to refuse to participate in conflict activities, or when they meet question, direct supervisor will be first consulted. Staffs are not allowed to receive any money, gifts or any entertainments unless their value is negligible

Make new business partners understand the company's policy on gifts and avoid misunderstanding
Immediately and actively report to the superior once receiving any gift or entertainments
Do not agree with government officials, civil servants about the cash agreement, or promise to provide cash or services (including gifts and entertainment)

Keeping trade secrets

Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is to detriment of the company's benefits . All of the information not disclosed to the public must be kept confidential . The business partners and employees have the same duty of confidentiality .
In case of public or implied authorization, it is only disclosed within authorization extent
Employees are not allowed to help others get company's information in any form or tricks
