Pursue sustainable development, realize corporate and community responsibility
1. Strategy ( Orientation strategy of sustainable development) Corporate Social Responsibility is an objective requirement in orientation of sustainable development and social capital, being a toy supplier in global, we have to realize our business ideal while perform duties to society. In our efforts with customers, local communities, employees, business partners and other stakeholders along with building stronger relationships, we are also pursuing and based on the existing environment to development, at the same time work out some social issues and expectation of our community, to review our operations and determine our strategy for sustainable development to address imbalance occuring, to achieve a significantly sustainable development. As we believe that only the economics which do not affect society and environment represent business sustainability, set up a form of social enterprise. 2. CSR Guideline
Being a responsible enterprise, we deeply aware that we should have responsibilities in realization of actions to promote sustainable development. For economy, environment and social issues, we should do our best, through improving the business value with the relevant stakeholders in order to survive, contribute to building of sustainable development society .
3. Guideline on organizational governance
Based on the above strategy and CSR guideline, set up consistent and fair CSR management policies, periodically monitor and assess to achieve the proposed goals and targets (KPI) for continuous improvement. Through training and encouragement enhance awareness of social responsibility and skills development for employees and supply partners, organizations, deriving from the concept of law as well as higher moral levels, regulations must be fair, company's operations must be of integrity, objectivity, timeliness and accuracy of company information disclosure.
4. Guidline of Business ethics 4.1 Maintain conception of business integrity, prevention of embezzlement, counterfeiting, bribery or other improper tactics to gain advantage;
4.2 Based on the business ethics of equality and fairness, implement of green purchasing.
4.3 Respect and protect business information and intellectual property.
5. Guideline on protection of human rights and labor practices
5.1 Commit that all practical activities, human rights and labor practices of company are in accordance with the code of conduct, social responsibility standards and the requirements of the law.
5.2 Provide an effective and adequate communication channels, verification mechanisms to resolve incidents.
5.3 Develop health and safety management, improve health and safety working environment, eliminate the risk of work accidents, build a health and safety working environment for workers.
5.4 Request our business partners (companies in the supply chain) to have the same business concepts and practices 6. Guideline on issue management
6.1 Ensure health and safety products, which does not harm to health and safety of consumers
6.2 Develop risk and danger management procedures including training and exercises to prevent or resolve grivances or dispute arising to the revelant stakeholders.
7. Guidline on environment
Propose saving awareness and the concept of "green management", build environmental protection management system, establish rules of saving, foster knowledge of environmental protection for workers, set up incentive mechanism promote cleaner production, reduce environmental pollution. Comply with national and relevant international environmental laws and the other signed agreements. Effectively take advantages of energy and resources, promote green purchasing, maximize the use of environmentally friendly materials, and green performance of products. Implement company's responsibility to protect the environment, responsibility to save resources and prevent pollution, reduce industrial waste, recover, recycle, reuse, minimize waste, emissions, try best to build a society in the direction of circulation use. Enhance training and education for all employees, raise their awareness of environmental protection, communicate and disseminate this environmental guidline. Encourage them to actively participate in social activities to protect the environment and contribute to the protection of company and society. Through appropriate exchange management methods to promote this environment guideline to suppliers, subcontractors, customers and other involved stakeholders .
8 . Guideline on the society
Support social development , encourage employees to actively participate in the building social activities, support community education , provide help in living environment improvement of the community and solve social problems of surroundings , build a harmonious and cooperation relationships with the community . Participate in public and charity activities, care and help other disadvantaged groups in the community to survive and develop .
9. Responsibilities
Being a responsible enterprise, working with customers, communities, employees, partners and relevant stakeholders, we have the following responsibilities:

10. Commitment
Being a responsible enterprise, our products, services and activities are able to affect the entire the living environment, so I solemnly commit:
1. Comply with applicable environmental laws and occupational health and safety, appropriate compliance and receive other requirements;
2. Organize and implement safety management standards, set up safety culture in the enterprise;
3. Based on the guidelines of environment and occupational health and safety, continuously improve environmental management systems and and occupational health and safety, prevent pollution and the possibility of arising accident;
4. Provide the necessary resources to support environmental protection and occupational health and safety of enterprises
